I confess, I am admittedly a terrible klutz. It's merely an inherent characteristic of my DNA; I'm the "3rd Generation of Klutzes" of the family...
As an expert "Battle-Scarred-Klutz" I had to learn how to naturally treat my constant cuts and scrapes...and bruises...and burns. If you were to peak into my first aid kit, among the basics, you'd find aloe vera, essential oils, hydrolats (floral waters) and carrier oils.
This gel can be whisked-up in a minute and merely depends upon two chief ingredients, Aloe Vera and Lavender Essential Oil. You can choose to add a few extra magic touches, which I also include in the recipe to make it more effective.
I n g r e d i e n t s
2 Tbsp. of Aloe Vera Gel
15 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
You can solely use Lavender Essential Oil for its soothing and restorative properties. It’s equally renowned for treating bruises, wounds, minor cuts, sunburn and stings. And as an added bonus, it can be used purely as a perfume.
* If you choose to create a unique blend, be sure not to go beyond 15 drops in total.
To extend shelf life:

Place the gel in a small jar, previously washed and disinfected, and then add the essential oils and perservatives (if using). Finally, mix well to incorporate all the active ingredients.
And Presto, your Anti-burn Gel is ready to use!
Simpler is impossible!
💡 Keep the gel refrigerated. This will preserve it longer and when applying, the cold gel efficiently provides a more refreshing relief.
