What is oil pulling? It's simply swishing coconut oil in your mouth for 5 to 20 minutes. The concept being that the oil will pull out harmful bacteria and micro-organisms from your mouth.
Just thinking about putting coconut oil in my mouth and having to keep it in my mouth for 20 minutes! Well, it
was just too much for me, and ,it sounded gross.
I was skeptical of the age-old technique of "oil pulling," despite all the information regarding
Until I came across GEORGANICS, I hadn't even given oil pulling a chance to prove it's salt. I just loved the whole range of produtcs, starting off with the activated charcoal toothpaste, cardamom floss and even the Coconut Oil and English Mint Elixir (for oil pulling).
Finally i was able able to overcome my almost childish phobia and started to practice oil pulling for 5m, and that was enough for me. Oil Pulling doesn't have to be with coconut oil, but because it has natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it seems to me the more complete option.

Basiclly GEORGANICS Mouthwash is virgin organic coconut oil (in liquid form) with essential oils. Thankfully they have a few options to choose from, English Mint, Red Mandarin, Melaleuca (Tee Tree) and Activated Charcoal with peppermint. These two facts regarding texture (being in liquid state) and taste, made it easier for me to take the next step and try it out.
I'm very pleased to report, that it actually wasn't horrible at all!
The only thing that was still a downer for me, was that I had to keep it in my for twenty minutes.

1- Put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth.
2- Simply swish the oil throughout your mouth for 5-20 minutes.
Tip: When the coconut oil turns whitish, it's a sign that it has already absorbed and removed the bacteria. Mission Accomplished!
3- Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water (before eating or drinking).
4- Doing this three or four times a week is enough to keep your mouth and teeth healthy.

CARE TO BE:
- Do not swallow the oil!
- Children shouldn't use this technique because they're more prone to
gaging and may swallow the oil.
- Do not spit it out into the sink or toilet, the coconut oil in solid it may clog
- It's not a substitute for brushing or flossing, but it's an excellent extra step
for your oral hygiene.
