Biodegradable and cruelty-free silk, obtained only from the cocoons are empty. Cultivated and produced in the Chinese silk region. Ahmisa or Silk of Peace, is the base of the natural silk dental floss. It is biodegradable, does not pollute the environment and can be composted.
Vegan wax that is used in silk and charcoal floss. Derived from the leaves of the small bush of Candelila, native to northern Mexico and southwestern United States. Wax is applied to bond essential oils to silk and charcoal filaments. It is a natural and vegan alternative to synthetic coating materials. It conditions and softens the fabrics and helps to retain the flavors of the essential oil in the silk fibers.
Existing only in Coal and Mint Dental Floss. Biodegradable fiber obtained from bamboo charcoal and mixed with 20% polymers. Vegan and free from animal cruelty, but not suitable for composting. Gently increases the abrasiveness of the floss and toothbrush bristles. The highly absorbent properties make this an effective stain remover.
The essential oils used are derived from certified organic plants, herbs and fruit peels. The crops are then processed through steam distillation or cold pressing. These natural and dietary essential oils are used to flavor products, avoiding synthetic aromas.
